You guys have so much pressure on you during the dinner rush when everyone is putting in their orders at once! It also gets so hot behind the line! Even though I’ve worked in food service for a few years, I have picked up any cooking skills. All I know how to make is grilled cheese and scrambled eggs, which I mess up half of the time. I commend your work but I'm wondering what sort of wolf research are you are doing in Amherst? I thought the only wolves (if any) that could be found in the Pioneer Valley are dog hybrids.
